1 Program Card: each of the following accounts can be defined as a “program card” Scotiabank PassportTM Visa Infinite* Card, Scotiabank PassportTM Visa Infinite Business* Card, ScotiaGold Passport® Visa* Card, ScotiaGold Passport® for business Visa* Card, Scotiabank®* Rewards Visa* Card, Scotiabank®* Platinum American Express® Card, Scotiabank®* Gold American Express® Card, Scotiabank®* American Express® Card, and Passport ScotiaCard®.
2 For Scotia Rewards Credit Cards, the Program Card Account and associated Program Card(s) is in good standing if the Account is not delinquent (past due) or over limit and the Cardmember(s) is not in breach of the Revolving Credit Agreement that applies to the Program Card Account. If the account is not in good standing, the accumulated Scotia Rewards points are not eligible for redemption. For Passport ScotiaCard: The account is considered in good standing as long as the eligible deposit account and card are both open. If the account is not in good standing, the accumulated Scotia Rewards points are not eligible for redemption.
